Ciao a tutti, potete aiutarmi ad installare il modem?
Ora vi spiego:
Il mio modem è un CONEXANT HSF 56K con chipset CX11256;
Ho scaricato il driver (sorgenti) da linuxant;
La procedura d installazione prevede due fasi:
prima installare il driver (e fin qui ok) e poi eseguire hsfconfig (e qui ci sono i problemi).
Precisamente questo è quello che succede durante l'installazione del driver (comando hsfconfig):
Unpacking hsfmodem (from .../hsfmodem_6.03.00lnxt04072900full_i386.deb) ...
Setting up hsfmodem (6.03.00lnxt04072900full) ...
Conexant HSF softmodem driver, version 6.03.00lnxt04072900full
No pre-built modules for: Debian-testing/unstable linux-2.6.6-1-386 i686
Trying to automatically build the driver modules...
(this requires a C compiler and proper kernel sources to be installed)
Where is the linux source build directory that matches your running kernel?
[/usr/src/linux]
WARNING: missing file /usr/src/linux/include/linux/autoconf.h
The cause of this is usually a missing or unconfigured
kernel source tree (and sometimes an incorrect directory or symbolic link).
However, proper /boot/config-2.6.6-1-386 was found.
Would you like to try using it (in a temporary kernel tree)? [yes] yes
Building modules for kernel 2.6.6, using source directory
/usr/src/kernel-source-2.6.6-cnxttmp2735. Please wait...
done.
ERROR: hsf driver not active
dpkg: error processing hsfmodem (--install):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
hsfmodem
RESULT=1
I sorgenti sono installati, il link /usr/src/linux punta alla cartella coi sorgenti, ed ho installato autoconf e automake.
Cosa può essere??
